Description:

IEN provides maintenance and repair services to the other units of CNEN in nuclear instrumentation and electronic equipment for testing and measurement, and nuclear instrumentation services alone to external institutions. In this case, the Institute operation concentrates in repairing radiation monitors, dosimeters, spectrometers, multichannel analyzers, fluorimeters and other equipment developed by IEN.

Application:

Equipment for radioprotection and dosimetry, nuclear medicine, industry, nuclear fuel cycle facilities, radioisotope production, nuclear research and power reactors, nuclear research and others.
